At Beaufort Memorial Marshview Primary Care, board-certified physician assistant Stephanie Lovato specializes in a broad range of primary care services, including the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in adults and children age 10 and older.

Background
Passionate about preventive medicine and “whole body” wellness, Ms. Lovato has an extensive background in primary care in the Lowcountry. In her early career, she worked in a dual primary care/urgent care practice on Hilton Head Island, where she managed acute medical conditions, developed a base of procedural skills and performed occupational exams for the U.S. Coast Guard.
A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ms. Lovato has called the Lowcountry home since 1991 and joined Beaufort Memorial Palmetto Medical Group in 2012, transitioning to Marshview Primary Care on Hilton Head Island in September 2026.
Ms. Lovato and her family spend their free time traveling. She loves exploring and spending time learning about different cultures with her daughter, Zoe.
