About Ms. Ronda O'Connell

Ronda O'Connell, a board-certified adult nurse practitioner, brings widely ranging experience to Beaufort Memorial Primary Care. At the practice she works to prevent, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illness in adult patients.
Background
After beginning her medical career as a charge nurse in the emergency department at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, Ms. O'Connell joined Beaufort Memorial in 1992. Over the next two decades she served the hospital and its patients in a variety of roles, including as emergency department charge nurse; floor nurse manager; and director of community health improvement programs, special services, quality and regulatory compliance, and physician practices.
Before joining Beaufort Memorial Primary Care in 2012, she was for four years the hospital's breast care coordinator.
In her leisure time, Ms. O'Connell enjoys reading and outdoor sports of all kinds.
