Digitization / Scanning of Selected Artworks

Special arrangements can be coordinated for Selected Artists who need assistance delivering or picking up their original Selected Artwork for scanning. This can be coordinated after artists have been notified of their acceptance, by emailing bmhfoundation@bmhsc.org

No. Scanning is free for Selected Artists and the resulting high-resolution image file of your Selected Artwork will be shared with you for your future use. Upon delivery of Selected Artworks to The Great Frame Up, Artists will be offered additional options for color management and USB file delivery, for which there are associated costs payable directly to The Great Frame Up. These additional services are completely optional and do not impact the treatment and reproduction of Selected Artworks.

Selected Artists who have an existing high-resolution image of their Selected Artwork can inform the organizers after receiving notice of selection. Scanning at The Great Frame Up may still be required pending review of your file.

If artwork is not collected within the pick-up window, it will be considered a donation to the Beaufort Memorial Foundation.
