Save Time With Mobile Check-In
Using mobile check-in allows you to complete all of your information ahead of time, minimizing time spent in the waiting room. When you schedule an appointment, make sure you provide us with an up-to-date cellphone number and email address to receive your check-in link.
What to Expect
Up to four days before your appointment, we'll send you a text message and/or email prompting you to check in:
- Text messages will contain a link that automatically takes you to your mobile check-in.
- Emails will contain your appointment information and a button that reads “Click here to start.”
Once you have opened your mobile check-in, you will be prompted to verify your identity by answering a few security questions. This ensures that all information you enter is private and secure.
Next, you will be asked questions about your health. You can also sign office policy and consent forms, if needed, and make a payment if a balance or co-pay is due.
