Beaufort Memorial is continuing to expand access to high-quality primary care in southern Beaufort County with the addition of a new internal medicine physician at its Bluffton practice.
Sreshtha Singh, D.O., has joined Beaufort Memorial Palmetto Medical Group in Bluffton, treating a broad range of acute and chronic conditions and expanding access to primary care services for patients in southern Beaufort County. He has a passion for building strong, lasting relationships with his patients, specializing in the management of chronic conditions and bringing a personalized approach to internal medicine to the practice.
“As southern Beaufort County continues to grow, expanding access to high-quality primary care remains one of our top priorities,” said Beaufort Memorial President and CEO Russell Baxley. “Dr. Singh’s commitment to building strong relationships with patients and helping them manage their health over the long term makes him an excellent addition to this practice and the Bluffton community.”
Dr. Singh has always been driven to help people, and the field of medicine combined his passion for service and his fascination with the human body and all its systems. While in medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, W.Va., primary care appealed to him most: every day is different, and primary care offers an opportunity for a physician to develop long-term, trust-based relationships with their patients. His clinical expertise includes the management of conditions like high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity.
“I give all of my patients my undivided attention, providing them with personalized, accessible care and physician-patient transparency,” Dr. Singh said. “I want to build those long-lasting connections based on trust and open communication.”
He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Mercy in Pittsburgh, Pa., in June 2026 and traded the mountains of western Pennsylvania for the Lowcountry to care for the rapidly growing region.
He and his wife, Hinnah, enjoy traveling, and he’s a sports enthusiast: he likes watching and playing pickleball and basketball, and is also an avid cyclist and hiker.
The practice, located at 4818 Bluffton Parkway, provides a full range of general outpatient medical care for adults and children five years and older, with an emphasis on wellness and chronic disease management and prevention. Laboratory services are also available on site.
