Beaufort Memorial Emergency and Urgent Care, located at 1016 William Hilton Parkway on the South end of Hilton Head Island, will offer emergency care for a wide range of life- or limb-threatening illnesses and injuries, in addition to urgent care for less serious conditions that require immediate attention.

Upon arrival, each patient is evaluated by a board-certified emergency physician, who determines the appropriate level of care required. This seamless triage process ensures that patients receive precisely the care they need, whether urgent or emergent. Any patient requiring an overnight stay will be stabilized and then transported to a hospital with inpatient capacity.

The facility's unique billing model charges patients only for the specific services rendered. This approach not only potentially reduces out-of-pocket expenses but also saves valuable time and alleviates the stress of choosing between ER and urgent care.
