A non-contact boxing program to fight back against Parkinson's Disease.An individual evaluation is required before participating.
A non-contact boxing program designed specifically for people living with Parkinson's Disease. Through boxing-based exercises that improve balance, strength, coordination and motor skills, participants build confidence, mobility and a strong sense of community in a supportive, encouraging environment.
