Beaufort Memorial Foundation Launches 'Heart of Healing Program'

Program will bring local art to Bluffton Community Hospital. The Beaufort Memorial Foundation has announced the launch of its new "Heart of Healing" program, an arts-in-healthcare initiative designed to bring the restorative power of Lowcountry artwork and local arti into the new Bluffton Community Hospital.
The program will showcase local artwork on Community Art Walls through the Bluffton hospital, reinforcing the connection between art, wellness, and community-centered healthcare.
Topping-Off Celebration for Bluffton Community Hospital

Construction on Bluffton's first hospital reach a major milestone as Beaufort Memorial marked the official "topping-off" of the new Beaufort Memorial Bluffton Community Hosp9tal, located at 10 Innovation Drive, at the intersection of Bluffton and Buckwalter Parkways.
During the ceremony on December 4, hospital leaders, medical staff, project partners and community members signed the final steel beam before it was lifted into place, symbolizing the completion of the hospital's structural frame.

Beaufort Memorial Enhances Security Measures with New Weapons Detection System
To enhance safety at Beaufort Memorial Hospital, a new weapons detection system was installed at the Pratt Emergency Center entrance in February. Funded by the Beaufort Memorial Foundation, the $150,000 Evolv system was purchase as part of the hospital's commitment to creating a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Lead Gift Propels Cutting-Edge Technology in Pratt Emergency Center
Thanks to a generous lead gift from a local donor, the Beaufort Memorial Foundation was able to purchase a new, state-of-art- "GlideScope" video laryngoscope for the Beaufort Memorial Pratt Emergency Center, significantly enhancing the hospital's ability to treat critically ill patients.
Beaufort Memorial Gets Green Light for Hospital in Bluffton

Beaufort Memorial has reached a huge milestone in its expansion south of the Broad River, moving forward with the Bluffton Community Hospital (BCH), a medical facility formally called the Bluffton Community Medical Campus (BCMC).
On March 24, the South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH) approved Beaufort Memorial's Certificate of Need (CON) to add 28 inpatient beds to the planned medical campus in Bluffton.
