Board-certified orthopedic surgeon Dr. Evan Reese is an experienced orthopaedic
specialist with more than 45 years of clinical experience. A graduate of
Princeton University, he earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania
Perelman School of Medicine. Dr. Reese’s extensive experience in orthopaedics and orthopaedic
surgery helps many first-visit patients determine the most effective course of
treatment for their condition or injury.
After earning his board certification in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Reese served as an
orthopaedic staff physician in hospitals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Before
relocating to Beaufort from Pennsylvania, he maintained a professional affiliation
with the medical?school at Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia and
operated a longtime private practice. Dr. Reese previously served as the
president of the Northampton County Medical Society and the president of the
Easton Hospital Medical Staff.
Dr. Reese is a founding physician of the Good
Neighbor Free Medical Clinic of Beaufort. He is also a member and past member
of professional organizations that include the American College of Surgeons,
American Trauma Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Eastern
Orthopaedic Association, American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Medical
Society, South Carolina Medical Society, and Hanlon Society.
