LifeFit Wellness Services is a nationally recognized program that embraces the goal of reducing the impact of chronic diseases by working with physicians to help people identify and manage their risks. There are a variety of services which fall under this umbrella.

LifeFit Wellness Center
More than a fitness center, it is a wellness center. Members are medically managed based on their risk factors for chronic disease. The facility has the equipment of most fi tness facilities, but it also has an educated staff that reviews results with each member so the experience is unique.

LifeStyle Management Program
An aggressive, scientifically based weight management program designed for anyone who is interested in losing a large amount of weight. Each participant is supervised and monitored by a multidisciplinary team of health professionals.

Cardiac, Pulmonary and Vascular Rehab programs
These programs help those who have experienced a serious event, such as a heart attack, or been diagnosed with emphysema or peripheral vascular disease (PVD). The program provides education, guidance and encouragement patients need to improve and maintain their healthy lifestyles. Depending on the patient’s needs, he or she can enter these programs at any of three phases.

Diabetes Care Center
An intense lifestyle modification program for all types of diabetics. The program includes an in-depth risk-factor reduction component, exercise program, development of personalized goals, and an action plan, and is certified by the American Diabetes Association.
