Asthma Management
Teaches people with asthma
how to control asthma attacks. Patients are given one-on-one consultations with
a respiratory therapist who follows them through the program. Participants
also have access to LifeFit Wellness Services including
pulmonary rehab, smoking cessation and the LifeFit
Center itself. Camp Sea Breeze for children is also part
of this program.
Community Health Improvement Program (CHiP)
Provides
outreach services to the community through select programs,
including health education, health fairs, screenings and
support groups.
CHiP Mobile Wellness
A 40-foot van that
travels to various communities within Beaufort, Jasper and
Hampton counties providing health screenings and prevention
education.
Medical Career Group
A hospital-based
program to expose area high school students to career opportunities
in the healthcare field.
