Community Wellness Program: For those 18 and older
The goal of Beaufort Memorial’s LifeFit Wellness Services is to assess, educate and assist in reducing a person’s overall cardiovascular risk.

“CHiP” Community Health Improvement Program/Mobile Wellness Unit
Beaufort Memorial Hospital offers community health education programs, a specialized asthma program and more. Wellness, screening, and outreach services are also offered via the “CHiP” mobile wellness unit that is available to the public for community visits in Beaufort and surrounding areas, including Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Jasper County and Hampton.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
People who face a variety of heart and lung illnesses have one thing in common: they want to live longer, healthier lives. Our highly trained team of medical experts provides the education, guidance and encouragement to help you maintain or improve your conditions. With a friendly atmosphere that focuses on support, we take the time to teach patients how to manage their disease through a long-term commitment to exercise and healthy living.

Heart & Vascular Prevention Program
A rehabilitation program for clients with peripheral vascular disease (PVD). This program also helps improve functional capacity, reduces the symptoms of claudication, and reduces the risk factors for PVD.

Corporate Wellness Program
A program designed to help companies reduce their employees’ risk of cardiovascular disease and improve their overall health using exercise.

A comprehensive evaluation to help determine a person’s overall cardiovascular risk including coronary calcium scoring.

Diabetes Care Center
A program of family-centered care utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach to managing diabetes. This program is recognized and certified by the American Diabetes Association.
