LifeFit Wellness Center
The LifeFit Wellness Center is a full-service,
medically supervised fitness and wellness center. It is
the only fitness center in the region staffed by medical
professionals, and it is designed to meet the needs of
all adults - from those with chronic medical conditions
to those who simply want to increase their level of fitness.
Hours of operation
6 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday, from 8 am to noon.

and encouragement you need to improve and maintain your healthy
lifestyle. The multi-disciplinary staff is unparalleled in
the Beaufort area. We are able to assist you in a multitude
of areas that will help you achieve your lifestyle modification
goals.
