Building Skills for Parents-to-Be and New Parents
LifeFit’s Baby University can answer your questions and prepare you for the challenges you’ll face before and after your baby arrives. We recommend attending classes between the seventh and eighth months of pregnancy.
The Gift of Motherhood
This two-class series covers labor and delivery.
When: Select Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Beaufort and Bluffton.
Cost: $60 per couple, paid via cash or check to the instructor at the first class.
The Joy of Parenthood
This two-class series helps ease the anxiety of parenting a newborn.
When: Select Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Beaufort and Bluffton.
Cost: Free
Breastfeeding—A Great Start
This class, for moms only, covers common challenges of breastfeeding.
When: Select Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Beaufort and Bluffton.
Cost: $20, paid via cash or check to the instructor at the class.
