Freedom From Smoking 2013

You can break the habit of smoking in 2013 with The American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking Program!

The course will be taught by a certified Freedom From Smoking instructor from the Beaufort County Alcohol and Drub Abuse Department.

This 7-week program will be held at the Women's Imaging Center located at 989 Ribaut Road, Beaufort 29902. Classes are on Mondays from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on the following dates:

• May 13 
• May 20 
• May 27 (This is a holiday/class date to be determined by attendees)
• June 3
• June 5 (Wednesday; an extra support session offered two days after "quit" day)
• June 10 
• June 17 
• June 24
• Cost is $30, and includes a workbook, relaxation CD and handouts.
