Biography
H. Kevin Jones, MD is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He has been in private practice in Beaufort since completion of his orthopedic residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. He has a special interest in minimally-invasive surgical procedures, with a focus on total hip and knee replacement surgery.
Through his work with BMH, he has extensive experience with MRI and CT scan generated computer planning and custom instrumentation for knee replacement surgery. His hip replacement techniques are less invasive with more durable bearing surfaces than were previously available.
He is one of a few physicians in South Carolina trained to offer the Oxford Uni-Compartmental knee procedure – a partial knee replacement.
He and his wife Becky, who is a Nurse Practitioner, work closely with all of their patients to ensure the best outcomes. They are assisted by Evan Reese, MD, an orthopedic surgeon, who sees patients in the office on Mondays.
Dr. Jones is well known for helping patients with knee and hip replacements using minimally invasive surgical techniques.
